Over a third of our team served in the armed forces, where we learned what it means to operate when lives are on the line: procedures matter, briefings matter, and your people are everything.
For the last ten years, we've worked inside utilities and utility contractors as consultants — helping organizations find coaching gaps, behavior patterns, and latent weaknesses before they become incidents.
